You say you love me, and I believe you do You really really love me 'cause I love you I don't wanna take a chance I don't wanna take a chance I don't wanna take a chance and come out Oh, and come out, and come out on a losing end I still remember the last love I had Left me so blue and oh so sad I just wanna let you know I don't wanna take a chance I don't wanna take a chance I don't wanna take a chance and come out Oh, and come out, and come out On a losing end I've had lonely days oh and lonely nights That's something that I don't wanna go through, no no Just give my heart some time And I know I'll make up mind When I give it up, I'm gonna give it up to you You, you you you One day, baby, when my heart is stronger And I'll have this fear no longer Maybe then I'll come running to you But right now I don't wanna take a chance I don't wanna take a chance I don't wanna take a chance and come out Oh, and come out, and come out On a losing end Songwriters Stevenson, William / Gordy Jr, Berry Published by Lyrics © EMI Music Publishing

Vision What can I do when all the hope is gong When I don’t fall in love anymore now I used to dream but now reality won I’ve no more tears to cry now So I’m fighting the vision The vision in my head To forget all the things Things you said Vision I’ve got this vision It was the fifth drink That made me jump into the big world The pain All aching bodies in the night tide So I’m fighting the vision The vision in my head To forget all the things Things you said Vision I’ve got this vision I can hardly believe What time did to me But just look at me now boy Ain’t it plain to see And it’s killing me But it was good luck You got my out of this madhouse This party began to be too much for my nightmare mind So I’m fighting the vision The vision in my head To forget all the things Things you said Vision I’ve got this vision Etc.

That's How Strong My Love Is Songtext That's How Strong My Love Is deutsche Übersetzung That's How Strong My Love Is If I was the Sun way up there I'd go with love most everywhere I'll be the moon when the sun goes down Just to let you know that I'm still around. That's how strong my love is, woh that's how strong my love is. Thats how strong my love is baby. baby that's how strong my love is. I'll be the weeping willow drowning in my tears And you can go swimming when you are here I'll be the rainbow after the tears are gone Wrap you in my colors and keep you warm. That's how strong my love is, darling That's how strong my love is, baby That's how strong my love is, woh That's how strong my love is. I'll be the ocean so deep and wide And catch all the tears whenever you cry I'll be the breeze after the storm is gone To dry your eyes and love you all warm. That's how strong my love is, baby That's how strong my love is now That's how strong my love is, darling That' show strong my love is, again now.

about

I approached Andreas of the Subtones in a bar, asking them if they would consider playing on my first demos. Andreas said they didn't normally do this kind of thing. I insisted. He was bemused. I showed up at the rehearsal room, opened my mouth, they played on my demos. I became their guest vocalist from there on until the formation of Billie and the Deep.
1. I don't wanna.... and vision were the demos that we recorded on a 4 track reel-to-reel in the rehearsal room that day, approx. 1985. i don't wanna is of course the Mary Wells song. Vision is one of my first song writing attempts. 'That's how strong'...is one of my strongest memories. I showed up at the outdoor place, holding about 1500 people i guess, put my handbag down, and we played the song, that we'd only rehearsed once in the rehearsal room before. I was hungover, my eyes were closed. When we got to the middle section i heard a roaring noise, like waves. i opened my eyes to see that the entire audience had risen from their feet and were screaming and applauding spontaneously. The same happened in the second middle section and this is the noise you can hear on this recording. As it was one of my first appearances on a stage, let alone in front of so many people, i had a glimpse of what i could achieve in my life if i continued. Whether I did or still will is another chapter. Thank you to the subtones.
